Our pandemic promise
Here at The Somerset Sleepover Club we believe that every child deserves the magical sleepover experience they’ve been promised, and a chance to make those special memories - so rest assured when you book with us we’ll see you through, come what may.
In the event of government restrictions that prevent household mixing
OR
if someone in your household develops COVID-19 symptoms or tests positive
OR
if The Somerset Sleepover Club needs to postpone your booking due to COVID-19 within their households
THEN WE WILL OFFER YOU
a no-contact, ‘do it yourself' sleepover for same household members, with full set-up instructions
OR
another date for your sleepover
OR
a partial refund. (Please note that your booking fee is non-refundable).

Terms & Condtions
In accordance with UK Government Guidance May 2020
The Somerset Sleepover Club agrees that in line with government guidance business activities should only take place where we can establish safe systems of work and suitable protection measures for customers/staff and strict hygiene, cleaning and disinfecting procedures for equipment.
All Payments must be made electronically in order to comply with the non-contact guidance that is currently advised.
Tent hire is only to be used in one room within the household and should not be moved between rooms after installation.
Cross contamination between households will be eliminated by either full cleaning of equipment or a rest period of 72 hours between hire and additional cleaning before and after use.
Adequate PPE, namely masks, will be worn on delivery, set-up and collection by staff from The Somerset Sleepover Club.
Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned/disinfected using medical grade products before it can be rehired. (additional notes on cleaning are available in Method Statements and our Risk Assessment)
Soft furnishings that cannot be washed at 60 degrees will be wiped clean, steamed and quarantined for 72 Hours. Duvet covers, sheets, mattress protectors and pillowcases for sleepovers for the hirer to use, will be washed and placed in a fastened bag 72hrs prior to delivery. Customers must supply their own pillows.
Due to Covid-19 we are unable to provide pillows. Pillow cases will still be provided.
All duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and mattress protectors must be stripped by the customer and placed in a fastened bin bag ready for collection.
The client must notify The Somerset Sleepover Club in advance of delivery if there are any members of the household who have tested positive for Covid 19 or are presenting with symptoms in the run up to hire or during hire. The Somerset Sleepover Club will also notify the hirer if at any point any members of our household become unwell with any symptoms of covid 19 and reserve the right to cancel the hire if this situation arises. This policy is in addition to the standard risk assessment and terms of hire which must be agreed to prior to hire.
